About Us

Legends & Legacies enriches the lives of older adults through digital wellbeing sessions, personal life story recordings, and resident-led podcasts. Our aim is to reduce isolation, spark creativity, and celebrate every voice.

While care homes are at the heart of what we do, we also support older adults in the community through inclusive, storytelling-based experiences. Every session is built around dignity, consent, and connection — helping participants express themselves, celebrate their journeys, and feel truly valued.
Our safeguarding-first approach ensures all activities align with CQC outcomes for Wellbeing, Caring, and Responsive provision, while fostering a deeper sense of belonging and joy within each home we visit.

About the Founder

Matthew Marsh is the founder of Legends & Legacies, bringing more than 17 years experience in aged care, community engagement, and creative media.

Before establishing Legends & Legacies, Matthew worked with Wintringham — an industry-leading specialist aged care organisation supporting older adults at risk of homelessness or social isolation. His work focused on person-centred care, advocacy, and connecting high-needs clients with vital health and community supports.

Alongside his professional career in care, Matthew developed a strong creative presence within the Australian Football League, co-hosting and producing community podcasts and live events that connected players, fans, and sponsors.

This blend of compassion, communication, and creativity inspired the foundation of Legends & Legacies — a service helping older adults share their stories and stay digitally connected through meaningful, inclusive experiences.
“Everyone has a story to tell — let's get them out there!"
