Safeguarding is built into Legends and Legacies from first contact through to completion. We prioritise dignity, consent, and resident control, and we handle recordings and personal data with care and discretion.

Safeguarding Statement
Legends and Legacies is committed to the safety, dignity, and wellbeing of every participant. We work in line with the Care Act 2014 and follow safeguarding best practice, including clear processes for consent, capacity, and raising concerns. If we identify a safeguarding concern, we act promptly and appropriately in line with the care home’s procedures and local safeguarding guidance.
